Meditation: Jonah: is a book that directed his work to a foreign
nation, Assyria, and especially its capital, Nineveh. What we see is a
nation repents and is spared God’s judgment. Jesus refers to Jonah’s
three days in the fish as a picture of His own death and resurrection.
Prayer Starter: Lord help me to see that if I repent I to will be
spared your Judgment. 
Read: Isaiah 2:2-4 Micah
4:1-4 Micah 5:2
Meditation: Micah: was a contemporary and coworker with Isaiah, and
at times his words almost parallels Isaiah word for word. Micah foretold
that Bethlehem would be the birthplace of the promised Savior.
Prayer Starter: Lord help me to see that You know all things, and
through Your prophets we can see who our Savior really is. 
Read: Habakkuk 2:4
Meditation: Habakkuk: is most remembered for his statement "The
righteous will live by faith", and the New Testament refers to this
truth as the foundation of all Christians' faith.
Prayer Starter: Help me to be righteous as I show my
faith. 
Read: Zephaniah 3:17
Meditation: Zephaniah: foretold that Judah would be overrun by their
enemies. Yet he also brings comfort in the fact that God offers restoration
to all believers of any age.
Prayer Starter: Restore me oh Lord and I will be
comforted. 
Read: Zechariah 9:9
Meditation: Zechariah: urges the Jews to rebuild the temple so that
they can worship God. He also foretold of Jesus’ triumphal entry into
Jerusalem on Palm Sunday.
Prayer Starter: Lord help me to look to you as my Lord and Savior as
I worship you. 
Read: Malachi 4:1-2
Meditation: Malachi: Is the last prophet and speaks of both of
judgment and deliverance.
Prayer Starter: Lord help me to revere Your name and see the
deliverance You have brought to me through Jesus.
